Job Description
Responsibilities
  • Configure ICE MT’s Encompass tools to meet client-specific needs.
  • Perform delivery activities such as analysis, design, configuration, documentation, testing, post-implementation support, and issue resolution. 
  • Analyze and document client requirements to create functional specifications.
  • Interact with client and demonstrate understanding of their business and technical needs. 
  • Perform system testing and quality assurance to ensure solutions work as intended.
  • Understanding Business Requirements and converting to functional specification, Execution Planning.

 

Qualifications/Skills
  • At least 10 years exp in functional and admin capabilities.
  • Test Driven Development approach and mindset.
  • Developer experience in MS Tech Stack - .net & SQL.
  • Proven experience as a Functional Consultant/admin with mortgage loan origination.
  • Knowledge of Encompass tool suite, specifically admin tools.
  • Experience in  ETL Design, Leading team with technical directions.
  • Hands-on administrative and configuration tasks for ICE MT’s Encompass tool suites.
